I found them extremely annoying and now I get additional placeholders added due to what appears to be rounding between Quicken and Vanguard.. First, after upgrading to a newer version, I decided to start over with a new account and set up web connect to get the transactions from Vanguard.Second, on more than one occasion, my market value field has been way out of sync and again , theres probably a method to fix this , but after spending lots of time on these, I just began looking for an alternative. But it appears you can only get 18 months of history, so Quicken adds in 'placeholders' to 'fix' what it thinks are errors(or missing transactions.) Those are very difficult (IMHO) to correct ..However, customers have long complained about customer service issues, bank synchronization problems, and a poorly implemented mobile app.Quicken is the granddaddy of personal finance apps, and it’s the software users love to hate.
Once enabled, you can download transactions for all the accounts that are linked in your online banking.
More from momentum than anything I actually like about it.
It is hard to keep up with all the changes and improvements they make to their system though. I don't think they have changed anything tool wise on Yahoo Finance since I started using it YEARS ago)A couple of things have happened.
The information listed here was verified to work for all Bank of America clients.
You can call 1-800-933-6262 and ask the CSR to "enable transaction downloading for Quicken (or Quick Books)".
