This would mean Season 3 gets to keep the same almost-monthly schedule as the last half of Season 2, which is what most Telltale series seem to aim for. That said, the official date is a vague sometime in “2015”, but at least we know we’re getting it! “Season 2’s Episode 5: No Going Back” ending spoilers ahead. As a result we expect the developers to take a little more time to work on the first few episodes of Season 3, so that they won’t have to rush them out the door; with more preparation having been done before the first episode debuts in the first few months of 2015.It has happened on two games now: Total War Rome II and Call of Duty Ghosts. Both games crash frequently and both games find files that fail to validate, but they NEVER have all files successfully validate and I've been unable to get either to run without crashing after 10-30 minutes. Starting from today every time I start it up, it validates the steam cache files. One time I somehow managed to launch it, then my computer crashed because it was running to much stuff and now I can't get back on at all.
Focused on the French and Indian War (1754-63) and the American Revolutionary War (1775-83), Bo A2’s theme is as unusual as its game mechanics. For a few months now, Steam has been validating my files whenever I open it. What exactly is Steam doing when it says that it is validating files, and why does it need to do it so frequently? Here's what it looks like: After finding only way too many unsatisfactorily answered questions identical to this, I came to the conclusion that Steam sucks and just decided to live with it.I've also run the Disk Checking tools from my C Drive Properties Tools menu, as well as run "chkdsk /f" which runs chkdsk on boot, neither run showed any errors in the drive.I've set my BIOS back to defaults with no overclocks and eliminated all but the essential services and programs from starting doing boot, including disabling my antivirus. I'm at a standstill with both Steam and Activision support, and I haven't been able to find anything with Google, so I'm REALLY hoping someone here might have some ideas.
